Paul is not asking you to be naive or tolerant of everything. There are people whose teaching and influence actively work against the gospel you've received—they sow division, create stumbling blocks, and lead others away from Christ. Protecting yourself and others from their influence is not unkind; it is obedience. Stay alert. Know what you believe and why. When you encounter teaching that contradicts the gospel, do not give it space in your life or your community.

Today, examine one relationship or influence in your life—a person, a podcast, a social media account, a group—that leaves you confused about Jesus or fractured in your faith. If it consistently pulls you away from the gospel, have the courage to distance yourself from it. This is not judgment; this is self-protection.
