Privacy Policy for Grace Daily

Effective date: June 17, 2026

Grace Daily (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a faith-based devotional app created to help people draw closer to Jesus Christ through Scripture, prayer, study, and quiet meditation. We care deeply about the people who use Grace Daily, and that includes caring for your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Grace Daily app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to provide the app and save your spiritual journey across your devices.

  • Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely stored password (handled through Google Firebase Authentication). This lets you sign in and keep your progress.
  • Content you create in the app. When you use Grace Daily, we save things like your Bible reading progress, memorized verses, study reflections and journal entries, prayer requests, fasting logs, and Vision Board goals. This information is tied to your account so it stays with you across devices.
  • Subscription and payment information. If you choose to subscribe to Grace Daily Premium, payments are processed securely by Stripe (or by Apple through in-app purchase, where applicable). We do not collect or store your full credit card number. We store only your subscription status and a customer reference ID needed to manage your subscription.
  • Push notifications. If you opt in to reminders, we store a device notification token so we can send the notifications you asked for. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the app and its features (Bible reading, study, prayer, meditation, and more).
  • To save your progress and content so it’s available across your devices.
  • To process and manage Premium subscriptions.
  • To send reminders and notifications you have opted in to.
  • To respond to your questions and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising in Grace Daily.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the trusted service providers that make the app work, and only as needed to provide the service:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, database/Firestore, cloud functions, storage, and push notifications) — for accounts, saving your content, and core app functionality.
  • Stripe — to securely process Premium subscription payments.
  • Apple — if you subscribe or download through the App Store.
  • Vercel — for app hosting.
  • ElevenLabs — to generate the spoken audio (such as Scripture, studies, and meditations). This audio is generated from the app’s content and does not require your personal information.
  • Bible text providers — to retrieve Scripture passages.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely using Google Firebase’s infrastructure, which uses industry-standard security measures. While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access and update. You can view and update much of your information directly within the app.
  • Notifications. You can opt in or out of reminders at any time through the app or your device settings.
  • Manage your subscription. You can manage or cancel your Premium subscription through the app’s subscription settings (or through your Apple account, if you subscribed via the App Store).

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data (such as the right to access, correct, or delete it). To make such a request, contact us using the details below.

6. Deleting Your Account and Data

You can delete your account at any time from within the Grace Daily app. Deleting your account removes your personal information and the content associated with your account from our active systems. You may also request deletion by emailing us at the address below, and we will process your request.

7. Children’s Privacy

Grace Daily is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Grace Daily after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
